This introductory session is designed to help you reframe your situation with a fresh perspective and create options to move forward. prior to our session, I will provide you with a short questionnaire (and I will review it), so we are able to move forward efficiently and effectively. Most clients find that the prep sheet alone gets those wheels turning; so, before we even meet, you’re making progress. I invite you to sit back, enjoy the session and be present. By the end of our session, we will identify a coaching goal that we can work toward if you choose to move forward with a coaching program. The introductory session is 50 minutes and is Free. During your session, we'll determine if a coaching program would be useful. The meaning of Accountibility and your committment.
